Our soba is handcrafted in-house using stone-ground buckwheat flour from Kitasorachi, Hokkaido. Made in the rustic nihachi soba style (80% buckwheat, 20% wheat), it boasts exceptional flavor, aroma, and a delightfully smooth texture—qualities we take great pride in.
Our udon is also homemade with great care: cold udon is served flat-cut, while hot udon is served thick-cut to perfectly suit the dish.
In addition to our noodles, we offer a variety of side dishes, including tempura and homemade kyarabuki (braised butterbur). These pair wonderfully with our selection of sake and shochu. 当店の蕎麦は、北海道北空知産の石臼引きそば粉を、田舎蕎麦風に自家製麺した二八蕎麦で、「味良し・香り良し・のど越し良し」が自慢の一品です。
またうどんも自家製麺で、冷たいうどんは「平打ち」、温かいうどんは「太打ち」とこだわり、ご提供しています。
